2. Design Consultation

Initial consultations are provided to discuss your production requirements, design preferences, and project timeline. Design concepts remain the intellectual property of Broadway Costume Atelier until full payment is received.

3. Pricing and Payment

Project pricing is determined based on complexity, materials, labor, and timeline requirements. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion before delivery. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

4. Production Timeline

Standard production timelines are provided as estimates. While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Express services are available for time-sensitive productions at premium rates.

5. Fittings and Alterations

Fitting sessions are scheduled based on your package selection. Alterations requested after final approval may incur additional charges. We guarantee satisfaction with unlimited alterations for Professional and Premium Elite packages.

6. Materials and Authenticity

We use high-quality fabrics and materials sourced from reputable suppliers. Historical accuracy research is included in Professional and Premium Elite packages. Material substitutions may be made with client approval.

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects cancelled after work has commenced will be charged for labor and materials used. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins. We recommend purchasing event insurance for your production.

8. Rental Services

Rental costumes must be returned in original condition within the agreed timeframe. Damage or late returns will incur additional fees. Security deposits may be required for high-value rental items.

9. Intellectual Property

Original designs created by Broadway Costume Atelier remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for their specific production but may not reproduce designs commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Broadway Costume Atelier is not liable for performance cancellations, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
